Phil, being the logical thinker that he is, manages to get into Quiz's office and decides to interrogate Quiz through a game of quiz, having him write down potential answers to Phil's questions. and puts guns and scanners everywhere in order to make sure no one escapes. As his first step towards destroying Earth, he takes over Riddle Elementary School, becoming the new Headmaster. In Riddle Transfer 2, Quiz appears physically as the new leader of Vizion, following the demise of Viz and the escape of Diz. His questions serve to show exposition for players, as well as foreshadow Diz's role in Phil's later escape. He makes a brief appearance via speech bubble in Riddle School 5 in the first cutscene, incredulously asking Diz how they intent to use the dreams of Phil Eggtree, Smiley Sundae, Phred Whistler and Zack Kelvin in their plans with Earth, as well as being the one to notice Diz's peculiar statement on the dream states of their captive, having said three instead four, though this goes ignored by Viz after he claims to have simply had a "slip of the tongue". As such, he felt great inadequacy towards himself and grew to loathe his two superiors. Despite this, Viz had an open disdain for Quiz, referring to him as "completely useless", presumably due to his forgetfulness and constant need for reminders, as well as for being incapable as a potential replacement leader. Quiz was a high-ranking lieutenant for Project Vizion, being third in hierarchy, just below Diz and Viz himself.
Like Viz, he has four arms, two on his shoulders and a second pair at chest-level, has large black eyes, same as Diz, but an octopus-like head with a sagging mantle and chubby cheeks, as well as two distinct lines neat the corners of his mouth.
Quiz is an obese turquoise blue alien wearing a purple sweater, black pants and brown shoes.
